Welcome to Lucy & Gloria Boutique. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Lucy & Gloria LLC.
Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Lucy & Gloria Boutique. "You" refers to the person browsing the site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including materials, dimensions, and finishes. Product photographs are intended to represent the item as closely as possible, but colours may vary between screens, and handmade or small-batch items may vary slightly from the images shown.
Where an item is described as handmade or made in small batches, minor variation in form, texture, and finish is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at any time.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are shown on the product page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.
Where a discount, promotion, or sale price is displayed, the terms of that promotion (including any minimum quantity, eligible products, and end date) will be stated at the time. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
We accept PayPal, American Express, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you before doing so.
You are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes levied by your destination country. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
5. Order Changes and Cancellation
You may change or cancel your order within 8 hours of purchase by emailing hey@lucygloriaboutique.com. Please include your order number.
After 8 hours, your order may already be in preparation and we cannot guarantee changes can be made. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
This 8-hour window is separate from, and does not limit, your statutory right to cancel or return (see Section 8).
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free on all orders, with tracking included.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and public holidays. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will help you open an investigation with the carrier.
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
7. Returns and Refunds
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, email hey@lucygloriaboutique.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Condition: Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further few days to appear on your statement.
Return shipping: Return shipping is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping cost, at no charge to you.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Custom, engraved, or personalised pieces made to your specification are also non-returnable, except where faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Your Statutory Rights (EU, EEA, UK Customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area (including Iceland), or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy above, and nothing in these Terms limits it.
To exercise this right, notify us at hey@lucygloriaboutique.com within 14 days of receipt. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
You are entitled to inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
These Terms do not affect any other statutory rights you have under consumer protection law in your country of residence.
9. Warranties and Guarantees
Where we offer a specific guarantee on a product page or in our marketing, the terms of that guarantee apply as stated. Any guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights.
Except as expressly stated, our products are supplied without additional warranty. Normal wear, damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, exposure to chemicals, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Lifetime Warranty
We warrant our jewelry against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This covers faults such as failed solder joints, clasps that fail under normal use, and stones that come loose from their settings due to a fault in the original setting.
This warranty covers: defects arising from how the piece was made.
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; scratches, dents, or surface marks from everyday use; loss or theft; damage from impact, crushing, or bending; damage from exposure to chlorine, saltwater, perfume, cosmetics, or household chemicals; damage caused by alteration, resizing, or repair carried out by anyone other than us; or gradual change in appearance from ordinary use.
To make a claim: email hey@lucygloriaboutique.com with your order number and photographs of the fault. If the claim is accepted, we will repair the piece, or replace it if repair is not possible. Where an identical piece is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or a refund at our discretion.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
Always Fit Guarantee
If a ring does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct size at no additional cost. You do not need to return the original ring. This applies once per ring purchased.
Both guarantees are offered in addition to, and do not replace or limit, your statutory rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by us or used under licence, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
11. Customer Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media.
You confirm that any content you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive.
We do not offer payment, discounts, free products, or other incentives in exchange for positive reviews, and we do not suppress genuine negative reviews.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the site's operation or other users' access to it.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK, liability under mandatory consumer protection law.
Our total liability in connection with any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
14. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We collect and process only what is necessary to fulfil your order and provide customer service.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
